TRIP INCLUSIONS

What’s Included:
  • Two round trip tickets between the home city (or another city at comparable fare) and the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). These tickets will be booked at the lowest available coach class airfare, based on the program budget, prior to our ticketing deadline through Madison. Any incremental charges due to late registration or a request for another class of service are a personal expense and will not be reimbursed.
  • Ground transportation between the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and the Venetian Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas on the group arrival date, Monday, April 15, 2024 and the group departure date, Thursday, April 18, 2024.
  • Accommodations for three (3) nights at the Venetian Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas. This consists of one guest room per couple for arrival on Monday, April 15, 2024 and the group departure date, Thursday, April 18, 2024.
  • Welcome Reception with light bites on Monday, April 15, 2024, at the hotel.
  • Daily breakfast at the hotel.
  • Hunter Douglas Business Briefing on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the hotel.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet service in guest rooms and public areas at the hotel.
  • Hunter Douglas Hospitality Suite at the hotel.
  • All gratuities for airport transfers, bell staff, and housekeeping as well as organized group food and beverage functions will be pre-paid during the program dates.

  • To avoid any misunderstandings, the following items are your financial responsibility during the trip:
  • Meals listed as “On Own”
  • Laundry or valet services
  • Room service
  • Bar charges
  • Mini-bar charges
  • Telephone calls and/or faxes
  • Optional activities or tours with associated costs
  • Shopping expenses
  • Uber, Lyft, and/or taxi fares to off-site destinations
  • Airline baggage and seat selection fees
  • Airline changes and/or cancellation fees
  • Any other items of a personal nature
